Happy New Year 2020!

As I kept staring at the clock
Out went a teen
Who was with me every moment for a full year
Leaving many memories behind;
In emerged a twentysomething
Assuring stay with me will be longer
Promising to create new memories for a decade
I stopped looking at the clock to savor every moment!
